A BILL

To secure the southern border of the United States against illegal border crossings, and for other purposes.

This Act may be cited as the “Stop the Biden Caravan Now Act”.

SEC. 2. Secure southern border.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, shall—
