Disaster Relief; Authorizing the Department of Environmental Protection to waive or reduce match requirements for certain local governments; authorizing the refund of ad valorem taxes for residential improvements rendered uninhabitable by certain hurricanes; providing for the extension and suspension of payments and discounts of certain taxes and assessments; requiring the Division of Emergency Management and local governments to enter into certain agreements to receive specified funds; providing for the organization and operation of the Florida Emergency Management Assistance Foundation within the division, etc. APPROPRIATION: $751,500,000
