Ms. Meng introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary


A BILL

To reauthorize the Child Advocate Program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Child Advocate Program Reauthorization Act”.

SEC. 2. Child Advocate Program reauthorized.

Section 235(c)(6)(F) of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 (8 U.S.C. 1232(c)(6)(F)) is amended in clause (ii) by striking “the fiscal years 2016 and 2017” and inserting “fiscal years 2018 through 2022”.
