Summary

Electronic Notification Improvement Act of 2017

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to direct the Department of Homeland Security to provide electronic notification to any petitioner who submits a petition or payment of any fee pertaining to the importation of an H-2A visa alien (temporary agricultural worker) or an H-2B visa alien (temporary nonagricultural worker) upon receipt of such petition or payment.
