Summary
Streamlining and Expediting Approval for Communications Technologies Act
This bill directs Senior Real Property Officers of specified federal agencies to track applications to locate or modify communications facilities on certain federal real property assets of those agencies.
Each officer shall report on the tracking of such applications to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). In turn, the NTIA shall report to Congress on the information in each submitted report and analyses of the application process.
An officer must respond to an inquiry about the status of an application from the applicant no later than seven days after receiving such inquiry.
