A BILL

To amend the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 to extend the feral swine eradication and control pilot program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Feral Swine Act”.

SEC. 2. Extension of feral swine eradication and control pilot program.

Section 2408(g)(1) of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (7 U.S.C. 8351 note; Public Law 115–334) is amended by striking “2023” and inserting “2028”.
