Summary
Wage Adjustment for Veterans Student Act
This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to pay the higher of the federal, state, or local government minimum wage as a work-study allowance under the educational assistance programs. Currently, the VA must pay the higher of the state or federal minimum wage.
