To amend title 38, United States Code, to make a permanent increase in the number of judges presiding over the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Expedite Veteran Appeals Act of 2023”.
SEC. 2. Permanent increase in number of judges presiding over Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Section 7253(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking “seven” and inserting “nine”.
