Clifton Opportunities Now for Vibrant Economic Yields Act or the CONVEY Act

This bill directs the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to convey to Mesa County, Colorado, a parcel of land in Clifton for fair market value.

The BLM must pay all costs associated with the conveyance and the county must pay any surveying costs.

The proceeds from the conveyance shall be deposited into the Federal Land Disposal Account and available for expenditure.
