A BILL

To amend the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act to make the District of Columbia eligible for certain wastewater infrastructure grants, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Wastewater infrastructure grants.

Section 302(c)(1) of the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act (33 U.S.C. 4282) is amended by inserting “, the District of Columbia,” before “or Indian Tribes”.
