A BILL

To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize a National Peer-Run Training and Technical Assistance Center for Addiction Recovery Support.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Road To Recovery Act”.

SEC. 2. National Peer-Run Training and Technical Assistance Center for Addiction Recovery Support.

Section 547(e) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290ee–2a(e)) is amended by striking “$1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023” and inserting “$2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028”.
