Mr. Graves of Louisiana (for himself and Mr. Huffman) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services


A BILL

To amend title 10, United States Code, to give the Secretary of Defense authority to build capacity of foreign security forces with respect to certain fishing operations.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Authority to build capacity of foreign security forces.

Section 333(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:

“(10) Counter-illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing operations.”.
