Ms. Greene of Georgia introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure


A BILL

To reinstate pilots fired or forced to resign because of a COVID–19 vaccine mandate.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Reinstating pilots fired or forced to resign because of a COVID–19 vaccine mandate.

Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall take such actions as are necessary to require air carriers to reinstate any pilot who was fired or forced to resign because of a COVID–19 vaccine mandate.
