To prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing the proposed rule related to revisions to the air emissions reporting requirements, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Revisions to the Air Emissions Reporting Requirements.
The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may not finalize, implement, or enforce the proposed rule titled “Revisions to the Air Emissions Reporting Requirements” and published August 09, 2023 (88 Fed. Reg. 54118).
