To extend the prohibition on providing airport improvement grant funds to certain entities that have violated intellectual property rights of United States entities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
This Act may be cited as the “Air Security Act of 2023 ”.
SEC. 2. Extension of prohibition on provision of airport improvement grant funds to certain entities that have violated intellectual property rights of United States entities.
Subsections (a) and (c)(2)(B) of section 10003 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116–283; 134 Stat. 4864) are each amended by striking “2023” and inserting “2024”.
