Teachers, Principals and School Personnel - As introduced, allows all LEA and public charter school employees, instead of only teachers, to receive their full salary, or average pay, and full benefits in the event they sustain a personal injury as the result of a physical assault or other violent criminal act committed against them while they are acting in the course and scope of their employment. - Amends TCA Title 49.
