A BILL

To amend title 10, United States Code, to establish a counseling pathway in the Transition Assistance Program for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Establishment of counseling pathway in the Transition Assistance Program for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces.

Section 1142(c)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended, in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting “(including one pathway for members of the reserve components)” after “military department concerned”.
