AN ACT

To amend title 28, United States Code, to authorize holding court for the Central Division of Utah in Moab and Monticello.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Judicial district.

Section 125 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking “and St. George” and inserting “St. George, Moab, and Monticello.”
