IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

Mr. Arrington introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services

A BILL

To prohibit the Department of Defense from transporting Palestinian refugees to the United States.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Prohibition on Department of Defense transport of Palestinian refugees to the United States.

None of the fund authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to the Department of Defense may be made available for the operation of any aircraft of the Department of Defense to transport Palestinian refugees to the United States.
