Summary
Efficient Drug Disposal Act of 2018
This bill amends the Clean Air Act to exempt certain solid waste incinerators from performance standards, including emission requirements. Specifically, incinerators used by federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to destroy contraband or household pharmaceuticals are exempt from these requirements.
