Summary

Study of Underrepresented Classes Chasing Engineering and Science Success Act of 2018 or the SUCCESS Act

This bill directs the Small Business Administration to (1) report to Congress on the benefits of increasing the number of patents obtained by small business concerns owned and controlled by women and by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and (2) provide legislative recommendations on how to promote entrepreneurial and patenting activities by these individuals.
