An Act to amend and reenact §§ 24.2-310, 24.2-604, 24.2-701.2, and 24.2-1003 of the Code of Virginia, relating to elections; prohibited activities; distribution of ballot measure materials. Elections; prohibited activities; distribution of referendum materials. Adds "referendum" to the description of materials that are prohibited from being distributed within certain areas while voting and registration activities are being conducted.
