Summary
College Affordability and Innovation Act of 2018
This bill provides incentives for institutions of higher education (IHEs) that receive federal financial aid to: (1) provide programs designed to decrease the cost and time required to obtain postsecondary degrees or certificates; and (2) meet accountability standards that focus on affordability, accessibility for low- and middle-income students, and value.
