Child Custody and Support - As introduced, increases, from twice a week to three times a week, the number of unimpeded telephone or video conference conversations a parent not in possession of a child is entitled to have with the child as part of the right to unimpeded telephone conversations if the technology is available to both the parent and the child. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Title 37.
