Hemp Extract Products; Revises & provides conditions for manufacture, delivery, hold, offer for sale, distribution, & retail sale of hemp extract products; requires manufacturers, distributors, & retailers of hemp extract products to maintain certain records; prohibits DACS from granting permission to remove or use certain hemp extract products until it determines that such hemp extract products comply with state law; provides appropriations.
