The "Review Every Veterans Claim Act of 2025" aims to enhance the adjudication and appeals process for veterans' benefits claims, preventing denial solely due to missed medical exams and establishing reporting requirements for claim processing times and quality. It also mandates a training program for Board Members and includes measures to promote efficiency and accountability. Moreover, the bill targets timely notification for avoidable deferrals, a study on legal opinion inconsistencies, and extends pension payment limits to December 31, 2034. These measures seek to improve the veterans' benefits adjudication process, ensure consistency, and extend pension payment limits.
