A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 10 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to magistrate courts, so as to increase the amount of magistrate court claims from $15,000.00 to $30,000.00; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
