A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 31-6-47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exemptions from certificate of need requirements, so as to provide an exemption for health care facilities, services, and equipment dedicated exclusively to the treatment of cancer; to provide for conditions; to provide for applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
