Unleashing American Energy Act of 2017

This bill amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to authorize the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management to conduct additional lease sales under an approved five-year oil and gas leasing program.

Additional lease sales shall not require the reapproval of a leasing program.
