A BILL

To repeal the Second Chance Amendment Act of 2022 and the Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act of 2016.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Repeal of Second Chance Amendment Act of 2022 and Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act of 2016.

(a) Second Chance Amendment Act of 2022.—The Second Chance Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24–284) is hereby repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by such Act is restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted into law.

(b) Incarceration Reduction Act of 2016.— The Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act of 2016 (title III of the Comprehensive Youth Justice Amendment Act of 2016; D.C. Law 21–36) is hereby repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by such Act is restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted into law.
