JOINT RESOLUTION

Terminating the national emergency declared to impose duties on articles imported from Brazil.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That, pursuant to section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622), the national emergency declared on July 30, 2025, by the President in Executive Order 14323 (90 Fed. Reg. 37739) is terminated.
