This bill authorizes municipalities to use revolving funds to support electric aggregation plans, pursuant to RSA 53-E. The funds raised from local taxes will be used for this purpose. It also amends RSA 31:95-h, I to include facilitating the provision of services for approved electric aggregation plans. Additionally, it allows towns to facilitate transactions related to net metering groups or municipal metering. The effective date of this act is 60 days after its passage.
