A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to eliminate the ad valorem tax assessment of certain timber at sale or harvest; to require state appropriations to each county, municipality, or school district affected by such tax elimination; to provide for related matters; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
