This bill requires the State Courts Administrator to provide an annual problem-solving court report to the Legislature by January 31st, detailing court participants, services, funding sources, and performance measures. The bill also mandates specified court programs to collect and report data for evaluation annually to the office. Problem-solving courts include drug, dependency, early childhood, veterans treatment, mental health, and delinquency pretrial intervention courts. The bill specifies the data and information required for collection by these programs. Additionally, it sets gradual requirements for reporting uniform aggregate data by the Office of the State Courts Administrator. The amendments will apply to court programs funded by the state's problem-solving court appropriation and then to all court programs from July 1, 2027.
