Ms. Cortez Masto (for herself and Mr. Curtis) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources

A BILL

To extend the authorization for a large-scale water recycling and reuse grant program.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Large-Scale Water Recycling Reauthorization Act”.

SEC. 2. Reauthorization of competitive grant program for large-scale water recycling and reuse program.

Section 40905(k) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (43 U.S.C. 3205(k)) is amended by striking “5 years” and inserting “10 years”.
