A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 26 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority, so as to eliminate the outstanding bond limit; to provide for a statement on bonds regarding the full faith and credit of the State; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
