A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 25-2-40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to smoke detectors required in new dwellings and dwelling units and exceptions, so as to provide for compliance with safety standards for smoke detectors; to provide for staggered compliance; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
