A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to reincorporate and provide a new charter for the City of Acworth, approved February 17, 1989 (Ga. L. 1989, p. 3512), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 13, 2025 (Ga. L. 2025, p. 3711), so as to adopt by reference a certain map; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
