Motor Vehicles - As introduced, prohibits governmental entities that regulate entertainment transportation from denying the transfer of a permit, establishing certain noise ordinances, requiring an entertainment transportation vehicle to be enclosed, and taking other actions under certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Section 7-51-1008.
