This bill amends the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act to temporarily prohibit the Department of the Interior from increasing the permit fee for a cabin or trailer on land in South Dakota administered by the Bureau of Reclamation's Dakotas Area Office by more than 33% of the fee amount that was in effect on January 1, 2016.
