Fair Day in Court for Kids Act of 2018

This bill grants aliens, including unaccompanied alien children, the right to counsel in immigration proceedings, at government expense, and the right to examine documents in their files. The Department of Homeland Security must provide access to counsel for all aliens in detention facilities.
