Summary

Year-Round Pell Grant Restoration Act

This bill amends title IV (Student Assistance) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to make qualified students eligible to receive more than one Pell Grant in an award year, thus allowing year-round Pell Grants. If a student receives more than one Pell Grant in an award year, the total amount of the Pell Grants awarded to the student may exceed the maximum Federal Pell Grant available for an award year.
