Intelligence Budget Transparency Act of 2018

This bill requires the President's annual budget to include the total amount proposed for intelligence or intelligence-related activities of each element of the government engaged in these activities in the fiscal year for which the budget is submitted. The budget must also include the estimated appropriation required for these activities for each of the next four fiscal years.
