Summary
Every Person Counts Act
This bill modifies provisions regarding population and other census information to: (1) require that there be a tabulation of the total number of persons in each state, and (2) prohibit the Bureau of the Census from including any question or otherwise eliciting any information regarding U.S citizenship or immigration status.
