TAXATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding late charges and interest on certain taxes due and the apportionment of collected late charges and interest to taxing districts.

RANGELAND IMPROVEMENT – Amends existing law to allow continuous appropriation of the rangeland improvement account.

VETERANS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding consumer protection of veterans benefits.

EPINEPHRINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding the use of epinephrine in schools.

OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSING – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for equivalency between high school graduation and graduation from a nonpublic school for licensing requirements.

IDAHO CONSTITUTIONAL MONEY ACT OF 2025 – Amends existing law to provide for the specific performance of tendering the type or form of specie expressly designated in certain contracts.
