EDUCATION – Amends and repeals existing law to transfer funds from the Empowering Parents Grant Program Fund to the General Fund and to repeal the Empowering Parents Grant Program.

IDAHO MEDICAL FREEDOM ACT – Amends existing law to establish the Idaho Medical Freedom Act.

EDUCATION – Adds to existing law to establish provisions to ensure freedom of inquiry in higher education.

STATE ASSETS – Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding who may own certain property, to provide for prohibition on lease or purchase of certain land or dwellings, and to provide for prohibition on access to state assets.

APPROPRIATIONS – NATURAL RESOURCES – Relates to the maintenance appropriation to Natural Resources for fiscal year 2026.

APPROPRIATIONS – HEALTH AND WELFARE – BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES – Relates to the appropriation to the Department of Health and Welfare for the Behavioral Health Services Division for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.
