Proposing and submitting to the voters at the next general election an amendment to the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, repealing the requirement to provide expanded medicaid.

Require an individual be a citizen of the United States before being eligible to vote and to provide a penalty therefor.

Prohibit a health care provider from restricting or denying a parent or guardian's access to certain medical records and other health information of a minor.

Prohibit unauthorized access to certain multi-occupancy rooms.

Modify requirements relating to the operation of salons and booths and to declare an emergency.
