Economic development: Michigan economic growth authority; definition of new construction under the Michigan economic growth authority act; modify. Amends sec. 3 of 1995 PA 24 (MCL 207.803).

Health occupations: psychologists; individuals who are authorized to engage in the practice of psychology in this state; modify to include individuals who are authorized to practice under the psychology interjurisdictional compact. Amends secs. 16317, 16343 & 18201 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16317 et seq.) & adds sec. 18211a.

Health occupations: psychologists; psychology interjurisdictional compact; enact. Amends 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.1101 - 333.25211) by adding sec. 16190.

Education: curriculum; resource for use by a parent or legal guardian of a child who is deaf or hard of hearing; require that the department develop. Amends 1976 PA 451 (MCL 380.1 - 380.1852) by adding sec. 1705.
