AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- RHODE ISLAND CERTIFICATION STANDARDS BOARD (SEE TITLE 16 CHAPTER 97 -- THE RHODE ISLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION ACT) (Extends the time period to for all teachers to demonstrate proficiency in knowledge and practices of scientific reading and structured literary instruction from the 2023-2024 school year until the 2025-2026 school year.)

AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- THE PAUL W. CROWLEY RHODE ISLAND STUDENT INVESTMENT INITIATIVE (Revises the process and procedures for state intervention and support for failing public schools, including Providence, as well as chronically under-performing schools.)

AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- PHARMACEUTICAL REDISTRIBUTION PROGRAM ACT (Authorizes the creation and implementation of a Pharmaceutical Redistribution program by the department of health (DOH) and the board of pharmacy to commence operations on January 1, 2023.)

AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- HEALTH AND SAFETY OF PUPILS -- TRAUMA INFORMED SCHOOLS ACT (Same as 21H-5936 -- Establishes the implementation of trauma-informed practices in schools throughout the state.)

AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- BILITERACY SEAL (Allows high school students receiving state Silver/Gold Seal of Biliteracy to earn 2 to 4 semesters of college credit toward minor/major in language at public university/community college if requested within 3 yrs. after high school graduation.)
