Tipton County - Subject to local approval, authorizes the legislative body of Tipton County to designate a division of the county's general sessions court as the environmental court to hear cases involving the alleged violation of any ordinance relating to health, housing, fire, land subdivision, building, or zoning. -

Mason - Subject to local approval, revises the charter of the Town of Mason to provide grounds for vacating certain offices, to prescribe the oath for office; to fix the time, place, and notice requirements for meetings of the board of mayor and aldermen, to establish the rules of procedure for meetings, to prescribe additional duties of the mayor and the board, to provide for the administration of government and personnel, to prescribe the duties of the town administrator and town attorney, to prescribe the budget process, and to make various other changes. - Amends Chapter 120 of the Private Acts of 1915; as amended and rewritten.

Public Records - As introduced, adds provider reimbursement information that is provided to the comptroller of the treasury to the existing list of examples of proprietary information types that are not subject to disclosure as public records. - Amends TCA Section 71-5-142.

Criminal Offenses - As enacted, decreases from 0.20 to 0.15 percent the minimum weight of alcohol concentration in a defendant's blood or breath as an element of the offense of aggravated vehicular assault and in a defendant's blood as an element of the offense of aggravated vehicular homicide. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13.

Boards and Commissions - As enacted, makes various revisions to the governing boards of public higher education institutions. -
